All my fairground photographs are taken as for as a hobby, not for profitable gain. All photographs are taken at public grounds, I am grateful to be known to many of the showmen and they appreciate what I do as they consider this as a promotion of their business. The copyright for the photograph is owned by the owner of the camera, hence myself webmaster Martin Cooper. The webmaster reserves the right to edit his photos at his discretion, therefore will continue to be waterwarked for publication. This is due to photographs been stolen in the past and used on other sites. I appreciate being asked for prior permission before anyone uses photos from my collection, with exemption being the owners of the equipment (i.e. the subject of the photo) as a token of goodwill. We apologise if the copyright marks are of any offence however they are there for the reasons. - Martin
